Brrr. Even though it's not Arctic Crazy Cold here, it's still major scarf weather. Ever stare at a bloggers fab scarf and think "how did she do that?" Well, ask no more. Some are really basic, some are downright unattractive, but there are a few gems in there (The Waterfall and the DIY Infinity, for example).
